A townhouse with a spacious living room centered around the fireplace with dining area. Through the French doors you have access to the small garden where you can have your outdoor drinks and dinner if you don´t want to use the roofterrace with its BBQ area. On the roof you have the sun all day long or can sit under the pergola. On the first floor you have two large bedrooms sharing a very large bathroom. On the groundfloor is the second bathroom with shower. Ideal for when you come directly from the beach. The kitchen is more than fully equipped and allows you to prepare that lovely BBQ.
