The apartment is on the second floor 9el;evator available. With the apartment comes with a covered parking spot. You enter the Apartment in the hallway. Here you have the separate cloak room and access to the kitchen. The hallway leads into the very large living dining Area. Also styled to perfection. From the living room , through sliding doors you have access to the very large west facing Balcony(afternoon and evening sun). On the terrace you have a outdoor lounge set and an outdoor dining table and chairs next to the brick built BBQ. The outside furniture is just as nice as the inside. The kitchen is of course fully equipped and will lack of nothing. There is English free to air and some Portuguese channels available.
There are three bedrooms of which one en-suite. The pictures demonstrate that it is again superbly finished. All rooms and bedrooms have air-conditioning as well as underfloor heating. There is one double and 4 single beds. All rooms also have built in wardrobes.
OPomar has everything you need to spent a nice relaxed holiday. The gardens and environment are well maintained and landscaped. There is a big shared pool and kids playground. Also there is a central square with some small shops and cafes just to get the convenient things.

A superb apartment for holidays, like active golfing or just beach, all year round at a very attractive rate.
