The formal dining room is separate and has a long wooden table and chairs for 10. New state-of-the-art kitchen with all appliances, and separate laundry room. On the ground floor are two double rooms with queensize beds and en suite bathrooms, one with large walk in shower and the other with bath and shower. On the first floor are three further bedrooms: two are doubles with balconies and en suite shower rooms. The master suite has sliding doors onto two balconies, separate dressing area and an exceptional bathroom with sunken bathtub.
Downstairs is a cinema room with large flat screen, surround sound and two rows of seating for 6-8 people, and a pool table.
