Accommodation summary:

The villa has a impressive front lying just a bit further back making a nice entrance. Of course there is an automated gate leaving to a small “square” in front of the villa or the driveway down into the garage. The hallway is impressive because it is spacious and you will see the modern stainless steel and glass stairway against a oval staircase in marble. Spectacular. To the left you go into the kitchen. This has a cooking island and a breakfast table integrated. This is a custom made kitchen with all appliances. Through the kitchen you walk in to the semi open dining area which seats 8 persons, which leads on into the living area. The living area is in a bend on the seaside and all with glass sliding doors giving you a beautiful view onto the ocean from the sofa (unique in Praia Verde, normally you see only pine trees) the air-condition is integrated within the ceiling. Through the sliding doors you have a very large covered balcony with outside dining table to have you outdoor meals and enjoy the sun. from this you have a small stairs leading to the pool level and the rest of the garden.
