The villa is south facing and so is the pool so plenty of sunshine. The premises are fully fenced and is located at a dead-end street so quiet. The villa has a pool area with a large terrace around it. As mentioned the pool can be heated and with a cover can be used all year round. The pool area can be closed of with a fence. The villa has on the ground floor 2 bedrooms sharing one shower room. Ion the ground floor there is a bedroom with 2 singles and one with a double. In the hallway there is an extra fold up bed. There is a very spacious lounge with plenty of seating area and dived into a relax bit and a part where you can watch the massive Flatscreen. There is Part Sky available and DVD player. Also a working fire place present. The Traditional Portuguese kitchen is fully equipped and suitable to cook for more than 14 people. There is a large dining table to enjoy the lovely dinners or just sit outside in a lovely patio area or next to the outside Brick built BBQ.
Upstairs you have large landing and three massive bedrooms. Two of them have their own private Balconies. These three bedrooms share a very, very large bath room with a corner bath. Two bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has two singles but these are so wide would sleep 2 kids easily just calling a double would be too much.
Just outside the kitchen is a one bedroom apartment. It has a kitchen, bathroom, small living with dining table and fireplace and a separate bedroom with 2 singles. Also this apartment is air-conditioned. Ideal for the grandparents or teenagers who want to go out.
The games room. This is a very large area. In here there is plenty of room for the kids to play and mess around. There is a pool table, table tennis and football table. Also there are a several sofas to hang around in. Here is also an extra fridge. This area is perfect should it rain.
In all a perfect holiday villa. We have had families, anniversaries of families. But also groups of golfers and athletes who prefer a villa over a hotel.
