Situated on the outskirts of the village. 5 minute walk to the centre of the village where there are several traditional Portugese bars and restaurants and a choice of mini markets. 5 mins drive from the ancient town and castle of Castro Marim and the marina town of Vila Real. 10 mins drive from Monte Gordo with all its bars, restaurants, shops and Casino. 10 mins drive to Ayamonte in Spain for a change of pace, with its Tapas bars and late night entertainment. Only 5 miles to the best beach on the Algarve, Praia Verdi Beach. There are several golf courses in the area, Castro Marim Golf Club can be seen from the villa and is the most easterly course on the Algarve, overlooking the Spanish border.
