For All Praia Verde lovers. A nice fully equipped 3 bed townhouse. This has been in the family for years so optimised for having a beach holiday on Praia Verde. There is a nice shady garden with a bit of grass and an outside table. Inside is the living with a dining table. There is only Portuguese TV. The kitchen has all you need. Oven, fridge, microwave etc. There is a small back patio, but more for storing things as really sitting. Also on ground floor there is a bathroom with toilet and shower in bath.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms all with 2 individual, are apart but can be put next to each other of course. All rooms have air-conditioning. Also another bathroom up stairs. One floor up in the laundry area is the washing machine. There is a roof terrace withy even higher a solar terrace.
