This apartment is located in the area of Quinta Pegada. This is about 10-15 min walk to the center,c enter of Tavira. The apartment itself is on the first floor. There is a lift! When entering the apartment you will be amazed by the size of the apartment and the finishing. These new apartments are very large. In the hall you go left towards the 2 bedrooms. One with a2 single beds and one with a double bed. Both rooms have wardrobes and air conditioning. There are curtains or you can use the electric shutters to make really dark. The master suite has the en-suite bathroom. In the hallway you have the second bathroom with large walk in shower.
Turning right you step into the modern fully equipped kitchen. It is massive with all items you can think off including large fridge. The kitchen has sliding doors to the large balcony. On the Balcony you have a brick built BBQ. So ideal for outdoor dining and BBQ.
The living room is also a very good size and is stylish decorated, having a nice seating area and a dining table seating 6. Nice to have so space to spent some time should the weather not be great one day. A god spacious apartment , well finished close to the city enter with a nice large balcony to enjoy the sun.
