What can we do for you
VillaVida can take care of everything concerning renting out your property. Our main objective is to maximize the revenues of the property under the conditions set by the homeowner. When you have decided to rent out your property through VillaVida (this doesn't have to be exclusive) we will set up a rental plan. In this plan we will determine how, where, when and at which price the property will be rented out. Any personal wishes for renting out will be incorporated into the plan.
How
In our opinion two things are important when renting out. Of course the price but maybe even more important is how your Property is marketed. Based on past experiences we feel a multi channel approach will give the best results. VillaVida has a large network to rent out your property. Our biggest asset however is that we have an extensive internet based network of national and international websites. Through this network your property will be marketed in 12 European countries and on even more websites. If you have a specific property (on the golf course, very rural etc) we can also use a narrow targeting strategy (based on the specific wishes of the possible tenant). In most cases this is very beneficial.
Conditions and options
- All service rental; 17,5% commission incl. IVA. For this commission we will do the following:
- Organize the marketing of your property
- Handle all inquiries and reservations
- Take care of all administration concerning reservations and payments
- Inform you on a regular bases about the rental status
- Receiving the guests at the accommodation
- We can coordinate cleaning together with your property management company or cleaners
- Advertisement and bookings; 13% commission incl. IVA.
- Organize the marketing of your property
- Handle all inquiries and reservations
- Take care of all administration concerning reservations and payments
- Inform you on a regular bases about the rental status
